Rental
Local, national and international* shipping. Rental starts the day the instrument leaves GDD office in Quebec City, Canada to the day of its return to GDD office. If the lessee purchases the rented equipment, 50% of the rental costs incurred during the previous 4 months will be credited towards the purchasing price.

Warranty
All instruments are covered by a one-year warranty unless otherwise indicated. All repairs under the warranty will be done free of charge at GDD office in Quebec City, Canada. Transportation, insurance, taxes and duties charges are extra, if applicable.
Service
If an instrument manufactured by GDD breaks down while under warranty or service contract, a rental instrument could be replaced free of charge during repairs (upon request and subject to instruments availability). Transportation, insurance, taxes and duties charges are extra, if applicable.
Other costs
Training, taxes, duties, international sales – paperwork, packaging, etc., transportation (FCA, GDD's office, Quebec city, QC, Canada) and insurance charges are extra if applicable.
Payment
By bank drafts or by checks. Exceptionally by credit card (7% extra charge): Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
